I Grooved a 52 mm TB for a friend in VA with a '93 Caravan with the 3.0 V-6. Stock TB was 46 mm. At the same time he bolted on the Grooved TB, he also added a March under-drive pulley. This was done late last summer, so it has some time & miles on it.
He went from 22 to 25 highway, 18 to 22 combined. He is very pleased with the throttle response. He also claims an additional cold weather benefit.
