Grooved one of these this weekend, had the plastic TB so nice and easy on the cutting bit. It did burst through to the outside and made a tiny pinhole into the IAC pathway. For future reference , get the epoxy on the outside before cutting. Results to follow but the owner says the car idle much better. Ill give him a week or 2 to see the difference and post again.

It would be nice to see a pic or two on all your mods, Phil!

The systems are so different from country to country and would be of great help in understanding the differences that may have an effect on your results.

Cheers!

Ron

Ok, little update on this one. I spoke to the owner tonight and he's started noticing some gains. He usually sticks £10 a day in his car to get to work, the same journey each day. He said as the week went on he noticed his fuel gauge was reading more and more each day, until he got to friday(today) and didnt need to fill up. From the data id call that a 20% increase, and over the course of a year he's going to be saving around £500 just on his trips to work.
