This TB was fairly easy to remove once the shroud was moved out of the way.
this was done with the large bit, no issues with the wall thickness.
Requires a phillips screwdriver, 10mm and 12mm sockets to do the job.
On this TB unlike the GM TB, the 'off' position is the fully closed position.
Oh yeah, 96,898 miles on the odometer
Before OBDII readings

LONGFT1 6.3

LONGFT1 -3.1

Some initial improvement on the LONGFT1, I'm sure there are vacuum lines that can be addressed to improve this. The engine stabilized quickly on initial startup, good pedal response when driving.
One test I always do, white cloth on the exhaust pipe... comes up clean.
The idle air port had to be closed up and redirected
BEFORE
AFTER
The Idle Air Control pathway ports and intake heater
There is a bracket with one bolt for the TB and a large vacuum port with a external control valve just to the right
Still work to be done.
