Hia all, I just grooved a tb injector sitting on a vw golf, There was nothing that i could see that would prevent the groove from working. The audi has the same or similar tb injection, What is the problem grooving these cars? vw audi?
this tb ijector comes on cars from the 1990s Ill upload a picture tomorrow.
And test results as they come in, the tb is not in a car for the moment, when this works Ive a great car garage as custemer. Best wishes to all and keep smiling

Im not shore, but the older vw and audis are ideal to groove as theyhave tbi,s
i forgot to take a picture today ill do it monday.
Was it becouse of the tb shape that newer ones where not so groovy? I dont know, but golf 3 has tbi nice and round ,
ive been in germany for 4 month now, getting ready to go back up north.

Ive now gone back to using gasoline instead of ethanol, turned the idel down a bit ,
The responce is straight away givin as little gas as i can it revs to 2000rpm great,
will do a 1000km+ run this month and will then finaly get a good mpg reading.

Im thinking about making a heater in sweden using cold fusion, some good videos out there,
