Has anyone grooved one? If so do you have any pointers?

Hi Bill, I haven't done any Hyundai's yet. I would ask one question, is it cable-driven or drive by wire where the ECU controls a servo motor to operate the throttle? Drive by foot or drive by wire...

That's an up-front question about Groove tactics/strategy.

Hi Bill I haven't played w/ resistors yet. I recommend getting pic's of the Hyundai's throttle body (TB) from several angles, in the throat inside, outside and just a good complete view of this pup. We can then go w/ ideas as to the Groove itself first off. Also identify the PCV valve and breather hose setup in pics if possible to identify the PCV re-route situation. We will as well want to identify any IAC valve setup on the TB, or if it's a remote from TB one.

Being cable driven often simplifies the Groove procedure, but it depends....so if ya haven't Grooved this car yet let's start there. To me, anyway I start w/ the TB, and figure out the IAC and PCV stuff first, then move "outwards" to other systems.
