I done the groove to my 04 Nissan Titan and it whistles fairly loud around 1200 to 1800 rpms, it does have a aftermarket cold air intake, didn't know if that made a difference. The whistle is loud enough in the cab to anoy you

Welcome to GadgetmanLand, and the Forum, Digger! :cheer:

With a cold air intake will make more power but generally hurt mileage. Might try lightly sanding in the TB bore to very slightly feather the edges of the Groove, just smooth it a bit see if the whistle reduces. What were other results of your Groove? I take the whistle as an (annoying) sign the Groove is working. Was this a drive by wire TB?
