Completed 2nd car on Personal License, daughter's 4 cylinder 95 Camry with 140K miles. Throttle body covered in carbon. PCV valve inoperative--choked with carbon and stuck closed, so just left it that way. Covered half of MAP sensor in air intake tube with part of a vacuum cap. Left EGR as is. Don't know pre-MPG, but EPA says 28 on highway. After computer conditioning took a 131 mile trip, Ellensburg-Tacoma over Snoqualmie Pass with cruise control at 65 mph. Engine smooth, used 3.23 gallons = 40.55 MPG. Nice!
