Third groove and loving it> this one for a close friend. I blocked the pcv and did the groove i also cleaned the airflow sensor and reconditioned the computer. all went smoothly and here are some pics. and more info to follow.

Ron will be happy with the pics, and I'm happy you grooved the filthy TB rather than cleaning it first...
You used the large bit, but you didn't go the "full distance" from one side of the axle to the other, CJ. were you afraid of cutting through?

this is your 3rd groove as best I can tell...howzabout some mileage and performance updates on these vehicles?

That's a nice clean cut CJ! The only thing I would say is to there is about a quarter inch more cutting on each end that will help the wave form in a much more positive way. Awesome job and keep on brother!
