Kendal Baker owns K&J Lumberyard in Mora, Minnesota, and he desired more power and mileage for his silverado that he drives only when towing his 11,000lb trailer. Using my tourque app, (screenshots added soon) he was getting around 10mpg with trailer empty. We left the trailer on throughout testing. Afterwards, he was getting 15mpg across the board, his emissions almost if not completely eliminated, and the next time i saw him he was smiling big saying " its definitly got more power!" he now averages around 13mpg trailer fully loaded, before he said 8~9 was his best. And thats only after the first fillup. i cant wait to post the latest results!

One question for you, my new Gadgetman...

Where is the video? I think there's more to this story!

Before and after screenshots with only 15 minutes into the hwy test drive! I'll be posting the latest results when he gets back to me. He's a busy guy, and one that enjoys his "new truck!"

Yeah it was! 1st pic is how bad it was, 2nd is best i could do with what i had to clean it up. I didnt do any plate shaping/feathering conciously, but hopefully it did something good? I just didnt do well on this one on the "back sweep" in between grooves. Ive done much better now after a dozen mods. This was my 3rd. Also be aware guys that there is a weak/thin spot near the IAC valve and this one needed some jb-quick in order to get the full groove depth. The 5.3L engine shares the same throttle body so will have the same weak spot.
