I am just starting out grooving my toys,I wanna know if i groove a 650 holley do i have to adjust anything like fuel air mixture? id realy like to know that answer and if thier is any good way to groove old carbs. plus wut about 2 strokes also being grooved do i have to tune them back up ?

I would put smaller jets in carb. and close the idle jets down and idle with the groove air. This is the way we did the motor home and it seemed to work well. Open up your spark plug gap. happy motoring dan gadgetman mo.

I second that!
By reducing the idle air component as much as possible, using the idle adjust to make up for it, forces more of the intake air over The Groove. The idle air is another opening past the throttle plate into the intake.

In other words, a vacuum leak...

It will also reduce the NOx (at least according to my tests)
