Hi and Hello, sorry took a while,
Report on Pulstar plugs.
I tried Pulstar plugs (V8-16 plugs) on my Doge Ram 1500 Mod 2015
After a few thousand kilometres misfiring at sudden accelerations. This became worse.
After 7ooo Km I gave up and put the original plugs back in. -Motor is running smooth again.
2 out of 16 plugs had missing centre electrode. Luckily they did not fall into the motor but where sliding back and forth inside the plug.
Overall I am happy not to wind-up with motor damage on the other hand I am disappointed about the quality and price.
Regards
Kim

Hi Kim, yeah, I too ran Pulstars in my '85 Subie, probably 6 years ago. I too felt some improvements at first, I noticed a deeper idle exhaust tone, and a bit more power. After maybe a year, I swapped 'em out for the stockers, and noticed no change.

Sounds like potential QC problems for Pulstars. For "trick" plugs, I run stainless torquemasters from extreme spark dot com. I've had those in Subie 5 years this coming Spring, as necessary to the Plasma spark ignition upgrade. Still goin' strong.

torquemasters are a surface discharge design, you can't gap 'em. I like em!

I'm running Torquemasters in mine as well. can vouch for reliability: almost 3 years now and no problems.
