WARNING: I'm sharing another idea here!
For everyone who knows someone who has a throttle body spacer, or if you do yourself, i think we can all agree that we hear or know that they do very small changes to the way the fuel burns. I've been told by many people that it's unnoticeable.
WELL THAT'S BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE WRONG SHAPES IN THERE!
As we all know here, a small groove makes a big difference. So save your throttle body spacers, because they may turn out to be worth more than a paper weight!
Here's my plan with the one on my garage wall as a display for what "doesn't work"....(2000 ram 5.9L)
I'm GROOVING it ofcourse!
I'll do 2 full circumference grooves in the openings of this dual plate spacer. I believe the 360* grooves will continue the waveform better for the low pressure sides, and carry the waveform more consistently for the high pressure sides, creating an evenly, more positive effecting change in the shape of the air with great results!
Thoughts?!
