And if that's the case, they'll come back when they get newer cars for the same experience all over again.
From a business point of view, they're a perfect customer...but Ron always wanted us to be family, and grow and expand and thrive, so lets hope those perfect customers are letting people know of their experience, so that they might come and become family members too.
