I grooved an Expedition last week, and I called the son of the owner to see how it was doing.
She is reporting 150 miles more on the first tank filling.
She said she couldn't believe how much power it has and how quiet it runs!!!

Exhaust manifold 349 before, after 265 degrees
Water 180, after 161 degrees
Catalytic converter before pre 500, after 317 degrees post 378, after 260 degrees
Tailpipe 203 degrees!!!!!!!!!!, AFTER 130 degrees!!!!!!!!!!
EGR 118 before, 103 degrees after
