Another big truck for the Gadgetmangroove records!!
Grooved a 1997 Ford F-250 with a 460 engine.
This pickup had a dual port throttle body, meaning you have to do two grooves on it.
The temps really dropped and vehicle runs much smoother.
I suggested to Barry the owner that the IAC needs to be replaced because it was causing
the idle to stay high all the time.
The temps:
Exhaust manifold temps, before 460, after 338 degrees
Water 188, after 159 degrees
Tailpipe 128, after 110 degrees
Catalytic converter pre 380, after 320 post 248, after 183
Truck much smoother and gained great horsepower.
