I am from Saskatchewan Canada and own a 2006 Duramax Diesel. Does anyone know what a person can expect with the addition of the gadgetman? I now get about 20 miles/ gallon. Thank You for your input.

Hi Daher, we're glad you're here! Sad to say, but as far as I know you can't Groove a diesel, There is'nt any throttle plate. I'm not a diesel guy, but the Gadgetmangroove is for gasoline engines, gas engines running on propane or alchohol, etc. Just not Diesels:unsure: There are other tricks for diesels I'm aware of, like HHO, propane injection?? there is another thing I saw something on ahwhile back, when I remember what it is I'll post here for ya....Have a Great one!!;) TracyG GadgetmanReno

Hey David,

As Tracy said, glad you're here, but unfortunately, the gadgetman groove won't work on a diesel: throttle plate equipped fuel systems only. Aa again Tracy suggested, try a HHO system: diesels love them. Although I doubled my mileage on my Mazda (gas) with HHO, the research indicates that diesels have consistently higher and more constant mileage readings that gas.

Anymore questions, drop a line.

Hi David,

I am located near Watson, and at this point only hold a personal licence: i.e. I can modify only my own personal vehicles. I have done 5 different ones on one vehicle (all experimental to see the differences) which I shall post soon, and did one other of mine, but needed o2 sensors and a ECM, which I just got. The real results I will post soon as well. Look me up and give a call if you want.

Hi David. Awhile back I said I would post about the other thing for diesels when I remembered it. I just re-found it. It's called Z5. Panaceauniversity.com recommends it along with the Groove and other things. Z5 is an air intake insert made from a secret alloy. From the website it appears similar to a Tornado isert, but that's appearances only. Again from looking at the website it works thru a chemical change to the air not a mechanical one as the Groove does. I've never seen or used the Z5 nor spoken to anyone who has. But Panacea likes it and there is video footage on the website where it was tested at a facility in Israel, where it's made. So there's something to check out, David, Caveat Emptor! Have a great one, TracyG GadgetmanReno
