At first blush, I would have to concur.

HOWEVER! You must remember that Markus (Mob) is in Sweden. What I found is all countries have not only their own emissions controls, but fuel delivery systems in many cases. This will alter the dynamics and without inspecting the engine(s) personally, I can't say.

This is where we have to rely on Markus' ability to look at what 's there and make a determination if there's a vacuum issue or whatever. I did a close look at the carb on my single cylinder and found a leak engineered into it. This I have yet to address, but it is a point worth noting.

Markus will handle it, to be sure.

will contact them tuesday and see what can be done. there are ways, espessially if I manage to increase power sigificantly. if there is a will there is a way.

On the second picture there is what seems to be a air hole I remember seeing 2 or 3 different sized small holes opposite the groove, 1 gas, 1 air?
If one hole is connected to the big hole seen in picture , if i plug it would it give reason for the engine to overheat by a ritch mixture? or heat incress is coused from lean mixture, to mutch air.
If it has to do with idle?

Going to see if he can post me 2 carbs or 3 and more tests will be done.

Will make sure there is no vacuum leak and gap the plug.

mob over and out.

Yes, you should have reduced the idle position, Markus!

This moves The Groove closer to the "Sweet Spot" which (IMHO) is directly under and slightly toward the engine.

What I would recommend is going back and re-grooving with the throttle reset to minimum. In addition, regap the spark plug by +20%.

Do this, and the gains are guaranteed.

Now going for another approche using another off the grooves properties the emition drop. As these custemers use aspen fuel witch is bonding the waste gases from the refinery they produce a very clean fuel compared to the conventional (dirty) fuel. This client has an indoor course witch is why they buy this expensive er fuel, so now going to improve my work with them and suggest going back to normal fuel, this will allow them to save money and me to make some :) grooving on. Updates will come..
