Regarding the Dodge re-learn...
These trucks ALWAYS take a few weeks to re-learn their new fuel trims. I guess that's due to a larger memory, but can't be sure (not knowing what's inside those boxes!).
So, so long as you cleared the tables to start with by following the proper method (go through the Library at
! There's a LOT of stuff there!)
