Hi all,
I have plugged the pcv and I have checked for vacuum leaks. Do you do anything else? I
have reset the computer.
Thank you,
Dave

Dave, if you have a scanner that reads fuel trims make sure the computer long term trims reset to 0. If you have no scanner then start driving and it will learn. Sounds like you`re on your way to success. Dan gadgetman Mo.

Hi Aron,

I do have a ScanGuage II but I don't depend on it for Fuel trim data, I do also have a regular OBDII scanner that I use for that.

It would be nice to have a unit like the ScanGuage that did display the Fuel trims and other data with a push of the button.

As far as the pic's, I've been shooting Hydroplane races for the last five years, it's easier when the target isn't moving. :)

Good to have ya back

I've noticed that after resetting the ecu that the computer has picked a new idle/throttle position which is more into the groove. It's now idling at 800rpm where before it was idling at 650rpm. Is this normal and will it settle down after some run time?

It will relearn, it just takes alittle time and each time you shut off it`ll lock in the perm memory. Dan gadgetman Mo.

Completion of a 74 mile run to Seattle and back... The boat show...

13.7mpg before

If you use the 12,000 mi/yr chart, you will see a savings based on 12,000 miles per year at $3.50/gallon of $667.00 the first year.
